WOOOWWW! I can’t believe that Christmas is right around the corner – literally. It’s only a week away. So, like me, you may be feeling a little overwhelmed and wondering if you’ll have enough time to get the last few people on your Christmas list a gift before next Monday. Well, not to worry. This is where last minute gift shopping and preparation come in. Today I’m sharing my top 3 last minute gift ideas.
Check them out:
The cool thing about gift cards is that you can purchase them practically anywhere. If you have a family member or friend who loves to eat as much as I do (LOL), try getting them a gift card to their favorite restaurant, or if they love to go shopping, I’m sure they would appreciate a gift card to their favorite clothing store. Gift cards are great last minute gifts because they show your loved ones that you actually listen to them and pay attention to the things they like.
Gift baskets may not be the best last minute gift for someone that you’re very close to such as, your parents, siblings, or even significant others, but they’d definitely work for an acquaintance, coworker, or someone you’re not that close to but still want to get a Christmas gift. Gift baskets are convenient gifts that you can find almost anywhere – Target, Wal-Mart, CVS, Walgreens, etc.
Money may be the most impersonal gift that one could give; however, it’s better than no gift at all, especially for those people that you find difficult to shop for because they’re so picky. Giving someone money as a Christmas gift could save you time and the hassle of struggling to find an actual gift. Plus, there are some people who would rather have the money anyway.
You can always put the money inside a nice Christmas card with a sweet message to make the gift more personal.
Are there any other last minute gift ideas that we should add to the list?
Happy Christmas shopping!
