“It’s A Girl” Gender Party Hosted By Me!

Really quickly before you check out cute and sweet moments captured at my cousin’s gender party, let me give you some background info:

Originally I planned to give my cousin Kay Kay the most perfect gender reveal ever, but because I’m a perfectionist, I didn’t want the planning process to feel rushed. Have you all seen how creative the gender reveal parties are these days?! If you have, you understand the pressure I was under. I told my cousin if I was going to plan the perfect gender reveal, I would need more time. She was so excited to find out the gender she just couldn’t wait any longer. That said, the beans were spilled, and we all found out that… *drum roll* “IT’S A GIRL!” We were all so excited, and because this is such a special time in our lives, it was still important for me as the baby’s Godmother to bring everyone together to celebrate the amazing news.

Of course me being me, I still had to go out and purchase a few decorations, and let me tell you – Party City is literally an event planner’s dream. They have so many cute items that I just couldn’t help myself. I had so much fun shopping for this celebration and bringing everyone together for such a special day. It was important for me to capture pictures that we could all look back on someday.

So, without further ado, let’s look back on a special day together:

*Most items are from Party City except the cupcake stands, table sheets, the small white bowls that have the pink candy in them, light pink and dark pink napkins/plates, styrofoam cups/bowls, plastic spoons, and the white food tray, which are all from Walmart*

Ahhh! 🙂 What do you think? Would I make a good event planner someday? As always, leave me a comment and let me know your thoughts.
